How to find us

Our office is up the ramp. To find us please drive into the Lifestyle Centre car park on Corban Ave then turn left up the ramp by Freedom (3 Roof Top Parking) then turn hard right at the top and we are in the far right-hand corner as you look back towards Corban Ave. The visitors parking is #208 and #209.

Taking a complaint further: External complaints process

If you are not satisfied with our conclusion of the review and if we have no further information to provide to you, a deadlock letter will be issued to you to. You have access to a free, independent dispute resolution service, and that service may help to investigate or resolve the complaint if it is not resolved to your satisfaction using our internal complaints process described above.
